By creating an account, subscribing to a payment plan via Memberstack, or accessing the MLB projections provided by Sharp Nine ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Service.
All mathematical models, projection algorithms, calculated probabilities, player projections, statistical sheets, and design layouts (collectively, "Proprietary Data") hosted on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of the Service. Subscriptions grant a single user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the Proprietary Data strictly for individual, personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You are strictly prohibited from using automated systems, including "robots," "spiders," "scrapers," or API-mimicking scripts, to harvest or monitor our Proprietary Data. Furthermore, any attempt to flood, overload, or intentionally "hammer" the Service's infrastructure or API endpoints to disrupt performance will result in an immediate, permanent IP and account ban.
You may not sell, resell, lease, redistribute, broadcast, or publicly publish any portion of the Proprietary Data (including sharing projections on social media, public Discord servers, or betting forums). Account sharing is strictly banned. The Service reserves the right to terminate access immediately, without notice or refund, if data scraping or account sharing is detected.
You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and use this Service. The Service is intended strictly for users residing in jurisdictions where sports analytics, daily fantasy sports, and sports betting are legally permitted. Users are entirely responsible for verifying the legality of sports wagering within their local jurisdiction before relying on any data.
Sharp Nine is an independent sports analytics platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Major League Baseball (MLB), any professional baseball franchise, DraftKings, FanDuel, or any other commercial sportsbook or gaming operator. All third-party trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.
The Proprietary Data and MLB projections provided by the Service are mathematical estimations generated by statistical models for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice or gambling recommendations. Sports betting involves inherent financial risk. Under no circumstances shall the Service, its creators, or its affiliates be held liable for any financial losses or betting deficits incurred by you arising out of the use or misuse of these models.
The Service relies on external APIs for live MLB lineups, box scores, weather, and odds feeds. The Service is not liable for delayed, missing, or corrupted player projections resulting from third-party data feed outages or technical disruptions. Furthermore, while Sharp Nine makes every commercial effort to update its projection models daily prior to scheduled MLB game slates, the Service does not guarantee specific update times. Brief or minor delays in daily data refreshes do not constitute a platform failure and are not eligible for subscription refunds or credits.
