Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility & Service Issues

Sharp Nine provides proprietary data, statistical models, and MLB player projections delivered digitally and consumed instantly. As a general rule, all subscription purchases, automated renewals, and tier upgrades are non-refundable. However, if a severe technical issue, global system outage, or critical internal database failure occurs on our part that results in a complete failure to update or refresh daily player projection models prior to major MLB game slates, Sharp Nine will evaluate your account for a partial or full refund. To be eligible for review, you must report the issue to our support team within 48 hours of the event and provide clear, timestamped evidence (such as a screenshot or video recording) demonstrating the outdated or failed data models. Refunds or credits are granted at the sole discretion of Sharp Nine based on our internal database timestamp logs and Cloudflare downtime records.

2. Subscription Renewals & Cancellations

All subscription plans are billed on an automatically recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or seasonally depending on your chosen plan) through Memberstack and Stripe. Charges will automatically renew at your plan's stated price interval until canceled. To prevent your next scheduled billing cycle, you must submit your cancellation request through your user account settings prior to your automated renewal date.

3. Access After Cancellation

Following a cancellation, you will continue to have full access to your subscription tier's MLB projection dashboards until the conclusion of your current paid billing cycle. At the end of that billing period, your access will automatically terminate, and no further charges will be made to your payment method.

4. Billing Discrepancies & Disputes

If you believe there has been an administrative error or an incorrect charge on your account, you must contact Sharp Nine support immediately. Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card company or bank without first contacting support is a direct violation of our Terms of Service and will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account.
